Be aware this 10 hour package does not roll over. You have 30 days to use it and 5 days to get the information to me. It is non-refundable as you are booking a space on our calendar whether you use it or not.

- No refunds on services – you are paying for a position on our calendar and this is time we can’t get back.
- 10 hour packages must be used within 35 days of purchase (allowing for 5 days to get the work and details/logins to us).
- Work assignment and logins must be handed over within 5 days of purchase (calendar days, not business days).
- You are paying for hourly work not output so please be clear with how you want that time to be used. A Star VA is a virtual assistance agency with highly skilled, fast and efficient output but things can take much longer due to tech issues, miscommunications, etc. Please be clear there are no absolute guarantees but we will work hard to be sure you are very happy with your results!
- Hours billed include communication time including calls and emails.
